I enjoy staying active and being healthy. Biking outdoors and lifting weights are my favorite activities. I usually track my activities on Apple Watch and push the logs on Strava.

My current workout plans:

  • Monday: Push
  • Tuesday: Pull
  • Wednesday: Legs
  • Thursday: Push
  • Friday: Pull
  • Saturday: Legs
  • Sunday: Rest

Push day

  1. Bench Press: 3 x 15
  2. Inclined Bench Press: 3 x 12
  3. Chest fly: 3 x 10
  4. Arnold press: 3 x 15
  5. Side raises: 3 x 12
  6. Skull crushers: 3 x 15
  7. Tricep extension: 3 x 12

Pull day

  1. Pushups: 5 x 5
  2. Bicep curls 3 x 15
  3. Hammer curls 3 x 12
  4. Bent row 3 x 12
  5. Side plank
  6. Superman
  7. Plank

Legs day

  1. Squats: 3 x 15
  2. Deadlifts: 3 x 12
  3. Lunges: 3 x 10
  4. Stepups: 3 x 10
